• Purpose of Organization:

  Improv Nation exists for the sole purpose entertainment and self-improvement in the theatrical art of improvised comedy. We shall promote growth of our members and their transformation into confident and talented experts on stage and also the growth of our organization as a whole as well as the growth of our family-like feeling toward one another. In addition, It is Improv Nations goal to extend its far-reaching arms to other Improvisers at neighboring colleges and to create relations with these people so that we might create an intricate web of associates to call upon to join us on stage in a competitive comedy event. We also take up the act of doing our best to help these other Improv Organizations grow and flourish along with our own organization.

• How can people join the organization?:

  Improv Nation is a very unique improv group because we have no auditions and no requirements to be a part of our organization. Instead, once you join Improv Nation, we provide you with top-of-the-line training and start you on your way to becoming a pro free of charge. Our philosophy is that you do not need to be witty or funny to be an improviser but rather your potential as an improviser is based solely on your commitment and willingness to learn the format and become a part of the team. If you give this organization your all then you will become an amazing improviser and gain more confidence in yourself, regardless of whether or not you are clever. That is my promise to you and it has never failed.
