Natalie Warren

Natalie is currently a Junior majoring in Physiology. She has been with Phpsa since Spring of 2012.

Outside of the classroom Natalie spends her weekends volunteering at UCSF Benioff Children’s Hospital. Natalie has been a volunteer with UCSF since Summer of 2012. She oversees children in the All Stars Technology Room which is filled with Xboxs, Playstations, and a giant projector screen to play on. In this room her main job is to create a therapeutic experience for the patients who need some free time away from their hospital beds. Natalie’s desire to volunteer in the Pediatric Department at UCSF stemmed from her love of working with children which she discovered in high school while volunteering at St. John’s Shelter for Women and Children, in Sacramento. Natalie’s dream is to work in a children’s hospital whereby she can educate, heal, and inspire the children she will work with every day.

In her free time Natalie loves to write, whether it is a short story or poetry, it is her favorite way to wind down. She also loves to spend time at Baker and Ocean Beach and is an avid cupcake enthusiast.

In the near future she hopes to become involved in more community service projects that give back to underserved populations.
